Urban Meyer Has Thought About Playing Malik Hooker On Offense

Few things in college football are funner to watch than Malik Hooker with the ball.

Ohio State star safety Malik Hooker doesn't touch the ball that often - he's a safety, after all - but when he does, it's thrilling to watch.

It surely was on Saturday night against Nebraska.

You can't help but watch that and think, could he play offense? Urban Meyer admitted at his press conference today that, yes, he has "thought" about playing the Thorpe candidate both ways. It's not likely to happen, though.

Maybe Meyer can at least let Hooker return punts. The Buckeyes could use a new man back there after watching Dontre Wilson fumble away the ball on Saturday night.
