Listen up, Ohio State fans. Urban Meyer has a message for you.
The Buckeyes are set to have their spring game on Saturday. Ohio State announced earlier today that the game is sold out. Roughly 79,000 tickets for the spring game have been sold.
Meyer wants Ohio State fans to be out in full force for the glorified exhibition game on Saturday. It looks like that's going to happen.
Ohio State's head coach tweeted out the following message for his fans this evening.
"No place like The Horseshoe and no fans like Buckeye Nation!!! See you Saturday.........." he wrote.
Ohio State typically can get more than 79,000 fans for its spring game, but construction at Ohio Stadium has forced the capacity for this one to be decreased.
The construction will be done in plenty of time before the season starts, making sure more than 100,000 Buckeye faithfuls can pack the stands come the fall.
The Buckeyes' spring game is set to kick off at 1:45 p.m. The game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
