Here's the latest on the Ohio State quarterback.

It's going to be a couple of days before we know J.T. Barrett's status for the Big Ten Championship Game.

Ohio State's senior quarterback missed much of the second half against Michigan on Saturday after suffering an apparent knee injury. Reports suggested Barrett had been having problems with his meniscus and it was aggravated against the Wolverines. Urban Meyer alleged that it was caused by a pregame incident with a cameraman (seriously).

Meyer updated Barrett's status on a coaching teleconference call today, saying it will be a couple of days before we know anything.

Barrett had said after the game that he expected to play against Wisconsin.

Ohio State is set to kick off against the undefeated Badgers on Saturday night at 8 p.m. E.T. Dwayne Haskins will start if Barrett is unable to go.
