Urban Meyer has transitioned extremely well into his television role, as he’s become a star analyst for FOX Sports. The former Ohio State head coach has become must-watch on TV each week, showcasing his brilliant football mind on a regular basis.
The former Ohio State head coach is only 55 years old, though, and many believe he’ll end up back on the sideline at some point.
With the USC head coaching job expected to open up, Trojans fans are hoping he’ll land in Southern California in 2020.
The USC athletic department recently hired a new athletic director in Mike Bohn, who was previously at Cincinnati. There’s been speculation about Bohn potentially going after Meyer and whether or not the Trojans’ administration would be OK with that.
During all of this, an Urban Meyer-to-USC Twitter account has been created. The account, @UrbanFactCheck, is defending Meyer.
Someone interesting retweeted it this week: Urban Meyer’s wife, Shelley.
Let’s be clear when it comes to @CoachZachSmith he still has never been charged with domestic violence, Urban Meyer fired him for trespassing!!! Trespassing!!!!!! He went against the wishes of his boss and fired him!! His boss said counseling!!! But people say he ignored DV.

Does this mean anything? Perhaps not.
But the Urban Meyer-to-USC rumors aren’t going away anytime soon and there are clearly still people that will go to battle for the former Ohio State head coach.
