USC's football program surprised a lot of people with its decision to retain head coach Clay Helton, but the Trojans are still making some major changes.

Helton's program has opted to part ways with a significant portion of its assistant coaching staff.

Prominent offensive coordinator Tee Martin has been fired.

So, too, has defensive backs coach Ronnie Bradford.

The defensive line coach, Kenechi Udeze, is also out.

Bryan Ellis, the quarterbacks coach, has also left the program.

All of this comes in the wake of Helton being pressured to make changes to his program following Lynn Swann's decision to retain him.

Stay tuned for more changes.
