Oklahoma’s head coach has commented on his star quarterback’s legal trouble.
Bob Stoops commented today on the February arrest of star Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield, who was charged with public intoxication in Arkansas.
The Sooners’ head coach said he’s very disappointed in the senior quarterback. Stoops added that no punishment will be determined until after the legal process plays out. Mayfield will be participating in spring practice.

Mayfield allegedly caused a scene in Arkansas while intoxicated and attempted to flee before getting tackled to the ground by officers.
