LSU’s football fans have been waiting a long time to get to celebrate a win like the one the Tigers got today. Coach O’s program went into Alabama and came away with a huge victory.
Joe Burrow and Co. led the Tigers to a 46-41 win at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa. The victory supplanted Joe Burrow as the Heisman Trophy frontrunner and all but locked up the Tigers’ SEC West division championship.
There are more games to be played, of course – and LSU has bigger goals in mind – but tonight, they’re going to enjoy it.

It doesn’t get much better than that.
LSU improved to 9-0 with today’s win. The Tigers have three winnable games remaining before a potential SEC Championship Game contest against Georgia.
Alabama, meanwhile, might be out of the College Football Playoff race.
It’s a good night to be a Tiger.
