Video: Refs Miss A Really Dirty Hit On College QB

USC's football program got the much-needed win it needed on Friday night, rallying from a first half deficit against Washington State, improving to 2-2 on the season.

There's one missed call everyone's still talking about today, though.

It involves the Cougars' quarterback and a couple of USC defenders.

A really dirty hit on Washington State's quarterback was somehow missed by the referees. This cannot happen again.

This is inexcusable. It's a textbook targeting penalty and the exact kind of play that football is trying to get rid of.
