The biggest upset of the 2018 college football season – so far, anyway – just happened in Norfolk, Virginia.
Virginia Tech (3-0) came into today ranked the No. 13 team in college football. The Hokies had a dominant road win over Florida State to start the season and had looked promising ever since.
Old Dominion, meanwhile, is 0-3 and, according to some analysts, is one of the worst teams in the FBS.
These are the teams that beat ODU earlier this month.

Today was a weird day, though. The game was an odd one and there were multiple key injuries on both sides of the ball.
Old Dominion ended up emerging with one of the wins of the year, knocking off No. 13 Virginia Tech, 49-35, at Foreman Field in Norfolk.
GO AHEAD AND PUT THE ❗️on it, @ODUFootball ?

The ACC appears to be Clemson and…well, everyone else this season.
