The best weekend of college football is on the horizon as Rivalry Week will kick off tomorrow afternoon. On Friday, the Virginia Tech Hokies will face the Virginia Cavaliers with a trip to the ACC Championship on the line.

Justin Fuente is having an incredible year as the head coach of the Hokies. After losing in heartbreaking fashion to Notre Dame a few weeks ago, the team rattled off three-straight wins to improve its record to 8-3.

Last weekend, Virginia Tech dominated Pitt in arguably its best performance of the season. The defense kept the Panthers off the scoreboard, meanwhile quarterback Hendon Hooker threw for 153 yards and two touchdowns.

As for Virginia, the Cavaliers took care of business at home against the Liberty Flames. Dual-threat quarterback Bryce Perkins is having a strong senior campaign as he's totaled 24 touchdowns.

The Cavaliers have home-field advantage for this Friday's showdown, but the current edge is with the Hokies.
