Jabrill Peppers got emotional in his postgame interview.
Just before the Orange Bowl kicked off, it was announced Michigan's Jabrill Peppers would not play. The news shocked many, as Peppers had been healthy at the season's end.
Peppers reportedly injured his hamstring in practice, and was forced to miss Friday's game against Florida State. The junior linebacker tried to give it a go in pregame warmups, but couldn't get right before the game started. He eventually disappeared from the team's sideline altogether.

The Heisman Trophy finalist could very well have played his final game in a Michigan uniform in the Wolverines' loss to Ohio State. After not suiting up against Florida State, the junior linebacker could declare for the NFL Draft.
Peppers could return for his senior season, but he is a projected top-20 pick in this year's draft.
