A Western Kentucky football commit has been arrested on a sex charge.

Glen St. Mary (Fla.) Baker County Senior wide receiver Lee Graham, who verbally committed to Western Kentucky in October but has not signed with the program, was arrested Wednesday per News4Jax.com.

Graham is charged with lewd and lascivious battery with a child under 16.

According to News4Jax.com, Graham's arrest stems from a sexual relationship he had with a 13-year-old girl.

According to the arrest affidavit, the girl's parents notified the Baker County Sheriff's Office about the relationship. The arrest affidavit states Graham confessed to detectives that he did have sex with the 13-year-old girl once at her home.

Under Florida statutes, any person under age 16 is unable to legally consent to any sexual activity.

Western Kentucky declined comment on Graham, as he has yet to sign a letter of intent with the program. We doubt he'll get the chance to now.

A three-star prospect, Graham chose the Hilltoppers over USF, Central Michigan, Marshall, Purdue and Valdosta State.
