What is going to happen with Jalen Hurts and Alabama? Here's everything that's been going on for the last couple of weeks. It's getting interesting.

Nick Saban's program has been pursuing a graduate transfer quarterback. It looks like they might be getting him.

Alabama will reportedly be hosting Gardner Minshew. He's a quarterback from ECU. The QB is reportedly also considering Auburn and Tennessee.

AL.com first reported the news:

As has been the case for multiple weeks, the Crimson Tide continues to look like the favorite to land the Brandon, Mississippi native.

Minshew left East Carolina in late January despite being named the team's No. 1 quarterback entering the spring, citing a family situation in Mississippi and a desire to play his final college season closer to home.

What does this mean for Jalen Hurts? We'll see.

Hurts is expected by most to stay with Alabama, at least through the spring and summer. He'll be competing for the job.

However, Alabama's pursuit of a graduate transfer quarterback does lead to speculation. Are the Crimson Tide doing this because they think they're going to lose Hurts? Maybe.

There's also tweets like this, that are only leading to more speculation:

Nobody seems to know anything definitive right now. Stay tuned.
