Former Ohio State wide receivers coach Zach Smith hasn't taken a break from his social media antics over the past year.
He's as active on his social media accounts as ever - even when he was recruiting for the Buckeyes.
The former Buckeyes' assistant coach, who was let go following domestic violence allegations, was back in the headlines this week with a comment about his former boss.
Smith believes former Ohio State coach Urban Meyer will return to the sidelines in 2020.
So, where will he coach? Well, Smith seems confident that Meyer will be the new head coach of the USC Trojans in the near future.
Here's what Smith said on his podcast, Menace 2 Society:"
"Someone that I know. That works in the United States Postal Service dropped a bomb on me last week. He tells me that Urban Meyer, his address, his house, has had certified mail delivered to and sent from the University of Southern California. I’m talking several letters.
I would put 1,000 dollars that he will be the head coach of USC in the near future."
Smith isn't the most credible source of information, but seeing Meyer back on the sidelines shouldn't surprise any college football fan.
Meyer is good at what he does and turning down the USC job would be difficult for any former coach. There's just one problem, Clay Helton is still the head coach.
