Five-star combo guard Cade Cunningham, the second-ranked recruit in the 2020 class, has trimmed his list down to five schools.
Cunningham released his finalists moments ago. He is still considering Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oklahoma State and Washington.
Cunningham had previously cut his options down to 10 in late May.

A native of Texas, Cunningham played last season at Montverde Academy in Florida, one of the top high school basketball programs in the country.
He is the No. 2 senior in the nation, behind only five-star center Evan Mobley from California.
Cunningham also has a close connection to one of his five finalists. In June, Oklahoma State hired Cunningham’s brother Cannen as an assistant coach.
““My recruitment is still completely open,” Cunningham told Rivals.com after his brother’s hiring. “I love my brother forever and that is obviously a big factor, but it doesn’t determine my recruitment. My brother has been my guy, I mean, he was the one that put the ball in my hands. He has been the guy that pretty much determines everything that I have been doing with my development and where I am now. He is my guy.”
The public perception is that Cunningham is Oklahoma State-bound though. Every prediction in his 247Sports Crystal Ball is for the Cowboys.
