Rochester (Minn.) John Marshall Senior five-star power forward Matthew Hurt is one of the top recruits in the 2019 class. His list of school choices reflects that status.

Hurt holds offers from the most elite programs in the country, and he's set to visit some of them in the coming weeks. He has plans to officially visit four schools, according to ESPN's Paul Biancardi.

Hurt will officially visit Kentucky this coming weekend, his father told Biancardi. He also intends on taking trips to Duke, Kansas and North Carolina.

Hurt is the No. 2 power forward and the No. 7 overall player in the 2019 class, according to 247Sports' Composite Rankings.

During his most recent evaluation, 247Sports' Brian Snow compared the 6-foot-9, 215-pound Hurt to current NBA small forward Tobias Harris.

As a junior last season, Hurt averaged 33.9 points and 15 rebounds per game.
