One of 2018's top point guards announced his commitment.

Brandon Williams announced his commitment Tuesday night. The 5-star point guard from Crespi in Encino, CA, released his top-five, which consisted of Arizona, Gonzaga, Kansas, UCLA, and USC, in April.

Late Saturday night, Williams took to Twitter to announce he would be making his college decision sometime this week. That time has come, and Williams unveiled where he will play his college ball.

Williams decided Arizona was the place for him.

According to 247Sports' Composite Rankings, Williams is the No. 20 overall recruit in the 2018 class and the No. 7 point guard. Arizona was the favorite to land the elite point guard recruit, with 247Sports' Crystal Ball Predictions giving the Wildcats a 100 percent chance of snagging a commitment from Williams.

Arizona is the likely preseason No. 1 for the 2017-18 season and the Wildcats got a jumpstart on the 2018 recruiting trail with this huge addition.
