Barack Obama is no longer president, but he's still releasing his Barack-etology every year.

Former president Barack Obama is picking the Michigan State Spartans to cut down the nets this year. Obama, for the second March in a row, is making his picks known despite the fact that he's no longer in office.

Obama, per usual, went chalk with most of his picks. His Elite Eight consists of Virginia, Cincinnati, Xavier, UNC, Villanova, Purdue, Kansas and Michigan State. His Final Four? Virginia, UNC, Villanova and Michigan State. He has Michigan State over Virginia in the national title game.

Obama also dropped his bracket for the women's NCAA Tournament as well.

Obama is going with UConn, Notre Dame, Mississippi State and Louisville. He has UConn avenging its Final Four loss to Mississippi State a year ago in the title game.

Here's Obama's tweet:

Here are larger photos of Obama's picks. You'll see that he had a little fun - picking his hometown Loyola-Chicago to pull an upset in round one.
