The five-star recruit could be headed to the Tigers.

An announcement from five-star recruit Zion Williamson is coming soon.

The elite recruit out of South Carolina announced on Twitter Wednesday night that he'll be making his decision on Jan. 20.

A bunch of top schools have been in contention to land him, including Duke, Kansas, Kentucky and North Carolina.

Williamson, though, might be staying home.

Clemson is seen by some as the favorite to land him now.

“We’ve also been told that local option Clemson is the team to beat heading into the new year,” reports Ben Roberts of the Herald-Leader.

The Tigers have as many predictions as anyone in 247Sports' "Crystal Ball," too.

Williamson, a 6-foot-6, 275-pound prospect, is ranked the No. 2 recruit in the 2018 class behind small forward R.J. Barrett out of Canada.
