Devin Booker Scores 70 Points In Loss To The Celtics

The Phoenix Suns guard went off.

On the same night Kentucky is playing UCLA for a spot in the Elite Eight, former Wildcats star Devin Booker (who, by the way, would be just a junior on this year's UK's team) went OFF in the NBA.

The Phoenix Suns shooting guard dropped 70 points in a 130-120 loss to the Celtics in Boston. 70 POINTS.

Booker was 21 for 40 from the field, 4 for 11 from the 3-point line. He got to the free-throw line 26 times, making 24 of his 26 attempts from the charity stripe.

The 70 points are a Suns' record and the most points scored by a player in an NBA game since Kobe Bryant scored 81 points in a win vs. Toronto 2006.

Booker scored more than three times as many points as he is years old (20). He scored 23 points in the third quarter alone.

It was one of the most-spectacular performances in the history of the NBA. Bravo, Devin.
