Vitale has the Spartans on top after Tom Izzo led Michigan State to the Final Four this season.
Virginia, which won its first national title in school history on Monday night, comes in at No. 3. Meanwhile, the Cavaliers' opponent, Texas Tech is nowhere to be found as the Red Raiders are set to lose a significant portion of their starting rotation.
Kentucky and Duke consistently recruit the best talent, so it's no surprise to see the Wildcats and Blue Devils near the top of the list. Star point guard Tre Jones announced his plans to return to Duke for another season, which should bolster Coach K's starting five in 2019-20.
