ESPN Releases New NCAA Tournament Prediction

The college basketball offseason is rolling along. Players have made their draft decisions and most of the recruits and transfers for next year have already happened.
With that in mind, ESPN's resident bracketologist Joe Lunardi has updated his 2019 NCAA Tournament bracket. There have been some changes since his last one.
