ESPN Releases New NCAA Tournament Projection – Feb. 15
Here’s ESPN’s new NCAA Tournament projection.
We're now less than a month away from Selection Sunday. The countdown to March Madness is officially on.
The NCAA Tournament selection committee released its current top 16 seeds on Sunday. You can read about them here.
Virginia is the overall No. 1 seed. Villanova, Xavier and Purdue are also No.1 seeds.
ESPN’s resident bracketologist, Joe Lunardi, has since updated his NCAA Tournament projection.
Here are his projections for the top seeds:
No. 1 seeds: Virginia, Villanova, Xavier, Purdue
No. 2 seeds: Cincinnati, Auburn, Duke, Kansas
No. 3 seeds: Texas Tech, Michigan State, Clemson, UNC
No. 4 seeds: Tennessee, Gonzaga, Arizona, Ohio State
No. 5 seeds: Rhode Island, Oklahoma, Wichita State, WVU
No. 6 seeds: Miami, Saint Mary’s, Florida, Michigan
No. 7 seeds: Creighton, Alabama, Texas A&M, Missouri
No. 8 seeds: Butler, Nevada, Arizona State, Louisville
