ESPN's Jay Bilas Releases His New College Basketball Top 25

The college basketball season is starting to really heat up. We're just a little more than a month away from Selection Sunday. The NCAA Tournament can't get here soon enough.

ESPN college basketball analyst Jay Bilas is ready for the final stretch of the regular season. He's updated his college basketball rankings.

Part Two of the "Bilas Index" has been updated.

He's ranked the best 68 college basketball teams, from No. 1 to No. 68.

" To be clear, The Bilas Index is not some weekly poll voted on by media, coaches or fans. It is not subject to current whim or which way the wind might be blowing. It is a clear-eyed evaluation of the 68 best teams in the country, irrespective of home wins, road wins, quads, calves or pecs," he writes.

Bilas has broken up his No. 1 to No. 68 rankings in tiers, from "national championship favorites" to teams "scratching for at-large berths."
