March is less than three weeks away. That means that the 2020 NCAA Tournament is getting closer.
ESPN’s Joe Lunardi updates his bracket predictions a couple of times per week. The latest “Bracketology” dropped earlier today and there were a couple of changes among the top seed lines.
Namely, Lunardi has bumped Maryland up to a No. 2 seed after their victory over Illinois on Friday night. The Terps, who play Nebraska tonight, replace West Virginia on the two-line. On Saturday, the Mountaineers lost to Oklahoma, which resulted in their drop.
Auburn is back up as a No. 3 seed after beating LSU in the final seconds on Saturday, while Penn State and Kentucky have vaulted up to the four-line. The Nittany Lions and Wildcats are both in action right now, against Purdue and Vanderbilt respectively.
Here’s a look at Lunardi’s current top-four seed lines, via ESPN:
- San Diego State
- Seton Hall
- Penn State
- Florida State
- West Virginia
