ESPN college basketball analyst Myron Medcalf was asked which teams he sees as national title contenders right now and provided five names.
Keep in mind, things could change, but Medcalf's list has some surprising omissions.
Not included is formerly top-ranked Michigan State, talent-laden Duke and traditional blue bloods Kansas and UNC. Oklahoma and superstar point guard Trae Young also didn't make the cut.
