The 2017-18 college basketball season has been over for a few weeks. In that time, we've had plenty of turnover throughout college basketball. Coaching changes have dominated the headlines, as have players making their decisions about whether or not to enter the NBA draft.
Other players are announcing their intentions to transfer to a new program. A key Auburn player did just that last week. Desean Murray announced his intentions to leave the Auburn program, and either transfer to another team, or go play professionally.
On Wednesday, he announced his decision to transfer.
Here's where he'd headed.
Murray revealed his intention to either transfer, or play professionally, after he graduates from Auburn this spring.
The junior forward played a pivotal role for the Tigers this season. Auburn shocked the nation this year with a run toward the NCAA Tournament - earning a No. 4 seed in this year's tourney.
Murray averaged over 10 points and nearly seven rebounds per game during the 2017-18 season. He previously played at Presbyterian College before transferring to Auburn.
He'll be immediately eligible as a grad transfer.
