Indiana Announces Hire Of Dayton's Archie Miller

The Hoosiers found their man.

Indiana announced the hire of Archie Miller as the team's 29th head coach in program history. Miller, one of the hottest names in college basketball coaching, has led Dayton to four straight NCAA Tournament appearances.

Reports surfaced that Miller was a strong candidate for the position earlier this morning. Indiana moved quickly, reportedly signing Miller to a 7-year deal.

Miller has an overall record of 139-63. His brother, Sean Miller, coaches the Arizona Wildcats, who got bounced in the Sweet 16 by Xavier. We'd love to see the two schools create a home-and-home series, pitting two of the best college coaches, and programs, against each other.

Archie played his college ball at NC State, and was an assistant coach for Ohio State and under his brother at Arizona.
