The 2019 NCAA Tournament is officially underway. While the First Four games were played earlier this week, Round of 64 action kicked off on Thursday afternoon.

Minnesota and Louisville got things started with the first upset of the day. The Gophers took down the Cardinals by a final score of 86-76, and despite other upset attempts, remained the lone upset of the day.

Until Ja Morant took the court, that is. No. 12 Murray State took on No. 5 Marquette in the West Region and the Racers proved they're more than just a one-player team.

Murray State knocked off Marquette 83-64 thanks to an impressive performance from star point guard Ja Morant.

The star guard scored or assisted on 55 of Murray State's 83 points.

According to ESPN Stats and Info, its the most points scored or assisted on by one player in the last 10 NCAA Tournaments.

Morant poured in 17 points, dished out 16 assists and grabbed 11 boards on the day.

A projected top-five pick in the NBA draft, Morant became just the seventh player to record a triple-double in the NCAA Tournament.

Racers guard Tevin Brown led Murray State with 19 points on the day and was one of four players to reach double-digits on Thursday afternoon.

Next up for Murray State is a contest against Florida State.
