Jay-Z's Nephew Visits 2 Major College Basketball Programs

The nephew of the hip-hop legend could end up playing for a major program.

Jay-Z's nephew is a three-star recruit in the 2017 class looking to make a commitment soon.

Nahziah Carter, a 6-foot-6 small forward from Rochester, New York, was previously committed to Dayton, but opened up his recruitment after Archie Miller left for Indiana.

According to Zags Blog, Carter has recently taken visits to Boston College and Georgetown, and other major programs remain interested.

After the former Dayton signee reopened his recruitment when Archie Miller left for Indiana, Carter has relished the second chance to go through the process and keep his options open. He could opt to attend prep school for the 2017-18 season but is now being courted hard by schools like Georgetown, Boston College, Indiana, Washington, Vanderbilt and South Carolina, among others.Indiana jumped in for 2017 after James Blackmon declared for the NBA Draft.

Carter says he wants to take his time with a decision, and since he's only 17 he could re-classify to the 2018 class, but a potential commitment could still come soon for the 2017 cycle.
