Jermaine Harris, a top power forward in the Washington, D.C. area, will make his college decision on Friday.
Harris is the No. 80 player in the class of 2018, according to 247Sports.
The site also has him ranked at No. 22 among power forwards, and No. 5 in Maryland.
He will make his college decision next Friday afternoon, according to Washington Post writer Jesse Dougherty.
There are only four predictions registered at the 247Sports crystal ball, with the results going three to one in favor of Xavier over West Virginia. However, as Dougherty notes, Harris has a number of big options.
Back in July, he announced a top eight of Kansas, Maryland, Miami, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Southern Utah, West Virginia, and Xavier.
He visited West Virginia and Rhode Island earlier this month, is at Xavier this weekend, and is set to head to Kansas next weekend and Miami on October 20, though it is unclear if the upcoming decision will alter those plans.
He also holds offers from Georgetown, Georgia, Penn State, Virginia Tech, and others.
