Missouri might be on the verge of another big commitment.
Jontay Porter, a four-star recruit in the 2018 class, might be re-classifying to the 2017 class.
If he does, you can expect him to commit to Missouri.
The 6-foot-9, 225-pound prospect is the younger brother of Missouri five-star commit Michael Porter Jr. and the son of Tigers’ assistant coach Michael Porter Sr.
So a commitment to the Columbia, Mo. program is pretty much locked up.
Apparently it might be coming a year earlier than expected.
Jontay Porter confirms reclassification to 2017 still a possibility. Will take official visit to #Mizzou next Monday.

Missouri already has one of the top 2017 classes in the country with commitments from the class’ No. 1 player in Michael Porter Jr., a four-star point guard in Blake Harris and C.J. Roberts, a three-star guard.
The Tigers are also in contention to land Kevin Knox, a five-star small forward.
Commitments from one of (or both) Jontay Porter or Knox would give Missouri a truly elite class.
