Kansas' men's basketball program has received some huge news ahead of the NBA Draft's early entrant deadline, as star freshman Devon Dotson has announced he's returning to school.

Dotson, a five-star point guard coming out of high school, had entered his name into the NBA Draft pool, but maintained the eligibility to return to the Jayhawks.

Tonight, hours before the deadline, Dotson announced his final decision.

Kansas is getting its five-star point guard back.

Dotson announced his decision on Twitter.

"Got a whole lot more in store. . . Year 2!! Let’s Riiiiddeeee!" he announced.

This is huge news for Kansas' program ahead of the 2019-20 season. Dotson should be one of the premier point guards in the country.

Dotson, a 6-foot-2 guard, averaged roughly 12 points, 3 assists and 3 rebounds a game for the Jayhawks in 2018-19.
