Marvin Bagley, 2018's No. 1 Recruit, Says He's Not Thinking About Reclassifying

He's currently considering six schools.

It appears that the No. 1 recruit in the 2018 class will stay in the 2018 class.

There had been some talk that Marvin Bagley, a five-star power forward out of Arizona, might re-classify to the 2017 class.

In an interview with d1vision, though, he said he's not thinking about it.

“I’m just worried about getting better. I’m not worried about reclassifying. I’m just taking it day by day. Whatever happens in the future happens,” he said.

Bagley added that he's still considering the following six schools:

  • Arizona
  • Duke
  • Kansas
  • Kentucky
  • UCLA
  • USC

At this point, Kentucky appears to be the favorite, with the Wildcats having 80 percent of the predictions on 247Sports' "Crystal Ball."

A decision for Bagley probably isn't going to come anytime soon.
