NCAA Clears Mo Bamba, Texas Of Recruiting Violations Alleged By His Brother

A top recruit has been cleared of any recruiting violations.

Just two weeks ago, a top recruit's brother alleged he accepted money and gifts from a financial advisor.

Ibrahim Johnson, the brother of Mo Bamba, alleged that Greer Love tried to sway the No. 2 recruit in the country to a few different teams by giving him money and gifts.

Bamba committed to Texas, although it was not alleged that the University gave Bamba gifts or money.

Now the NCAA has officially ruled on the allegations.

The NCAA cleared Bamba of any wrongdoing.

It's great news for the nation's No. 2 recruit, although there seemed to be little substance to his brother's allegations when they were made.
