New College Basketball Preseason Top 25 Poll Released

College basketball season will begin in a few weeks. Preseason top 25 rankings are already being released by various outlets.

The annual Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook will be out in October, but the publication has already released its preseason top 25.

Edtior/publisher Chris Dortch announced the rankings earlier today.

Kentucky leads the way at No. 1, followed by Kansas. Gonzaga, Duke and Tennessee round out the top five.

College hoops practices will get underway soon. The season itself begins on November 6, when Kentucky plays Duke and Kansas faces Michigan State in the Champions Classic.
