One North Carolina fan decided to ignore Oregon entirely at UNC's Final Four game and instead throw shade at Duke.

Throwing shade at Duke and its basketball team is an American tradition like no other. Each year they are eliminated from the NCAA Tournament, I, like most of you, celebrate with my family and friends the simple fact that Duke doesn't have the opportunity to win another national championship.

So when the Blue Devils were eliminated at the hands of South Carolina in the second round, I was overjoyed. I imagine most people across the country, especially North Carolina fans, were overjoyed as well. Disparaging Duke and taking joy in the Blue Devils' athletic failures is engrained in most sports fans, so it was no surprise when a UNC fan decided to rub it in and brought with them this sign to the Final Four—A Final Four which, like the Sweet 16 and the Elite Eight this year, did not feature Duke.

That's a great sign, folks. Very succinct, very simple, and it gets the point across. Let's pause for a moment. Where is Duke, exactly? It's a good question. Certainly not at the Final Four, that's for sure.
