The college basketball season is headed into the final stretch. Only a handful of games remain until teams face off in their respective conference tournaments.
With the home-stretch upon the college basketball world, one team debuted the best uniforms of the season. Sure, there is time for these uniforms to be dethroned, but it’s unlikely with so little time left.
Tulane revealed its Mardi Gras inspired uniforms for the team’s upcoming game against Tulsa on Thursday. They look like a throwback to the early 1990’s.
Check them out.

While the uniforms are nice, Tulane’s season has been anything but. The Green Wave sit at 4-18 on the season and still don’t have a win within the American Athletic Conference.
At 0-10 in the conference, Tulane is one of six teams in the country that doesn’t have a win within its own conference.
The Green Wave have lost 12 straight games after starting out the year at 4-6.
While Mardi Gras doesn’t happen until March 5, the Green Wave are kicking things off a little early. Hopefully the team will find some of the magic that has been missing this season with a change of the uniform.
Next up for the team is a home-stand against Tulsa, Houston and East Carolina.
