Some may think that we're hitting an overexposure point for Loyola Chicago's Sister Jean. Those people are very wrong.
The 98-year old Ramblers' team chaplain has had numerous viral moments during this NCAA Tournament. With the team making a shocking run to the Final Four, they're going to keep coming.
Her interview on TBS after Loyola's win over Kansas State may take the cake. First, let's take a look at her wardrobe.
Like the Ramblers players, Sister Jean donned a backwards cap, wearing her piece of the net in the strap. It's delightful.
When asked about the fashion choice, her answer was similarly great. Via SB Nation's Morgan Moriarty:
Ahead of the game, Charles Barkley said that if Loyola went to the Final Four, he'd ask Sister Jean to a date.
He proposed that the two will take a stroll up San Antonio's famous Riverwalk. He didn't seemed thrilled by the location itself, but The Alamo was probably a less appropriate option.
During the interview, Sister Jean accepted his offer. However, she has one limitation: she doesn't want to see Chuck play basketball.
Sister Jean and the Ramblers are heading to San Antonio to face the winner of Michigan and Florida State in the national semifinal. The Wolverines currently hold a one-point lead at halftime.
Villanova, Duke, Michigan, and Kansas are definitely the favorites to win the national championship. Loyola is just two games away though, and will have the entire nation on its side.
