These eight teams can win it all, according to SI.

We're less than a month away from Selection Sunday, and exactly one month away from the NCAA Tournament. The first round--not counting play-in games--begins on Thursday, March 15.

We hope you're as excited as we are.

There is a lot that needs to be settled before the bracket is released. There has been a ton of parity in college hoops this season.

While there is no true "favorite" or dominant team this year, there are a bunch of teams that look to have a little more than the rest. One of these teams will probably win it it all.

How many of those teams are there? Eight, according to Sports Illustrated.

Per SI, these are the eight teams with a legit shot at winning it all:

  • Virginia
  • Purdue
  • Villanova
  • Michigan State
  • Duke
  • Kansas
  • Arizona
  • Gonzaga

Not a bad list. The most notable omission seems to be Xavier, which is a No. 1 seed as of now. SI also lists some other schools that they left off.

Who do you think will win it all?

Selection Sunday is set for March 11.
