Sports Illustrated Releases Preseason 68-Team NCAA Tournament Field

It is never too early for bracket projections.

College basketball gets underway next week, meaning we are only four months or so away from March Madness.

Sports Illustrated released its college basketball preview this week, which included a full, 68-team bracket projection.

The top four seeds in each region are below.

East Region:

1. Michigan State
2. Villanova
3. West Virginia
4. Notre Dame

Midwest Region:

1. Wichita State
2. Kansas
3. Louisville
4. USC

South Region:

1. Duke
2. Cincinnati
3. Florida
4. Saint Mary's

West Region:

1. Arizona
2. Kentucky
3. Miami (Fla.)
4. Xavier
