Stanford's Cameron Brink Getting Ripped For 'Classless' Behavior
Stanford, the No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament, got past No. 7 seed Iowa State at home on Sunday evening, advancing to the Sweet 16.
Cardinal star Cameron Brink fouled out late in the fourth quarter, but her team was able to get it done, winning in overtime, 87-81, on Sunday evening.
Brink, one of the top players in the country, appeared to say "(expletive) you" to either the referee or the bench after she fouled out on Sunday night.
Fans are saying it was "classless."
"Let Angel Reese do this and she’s a classless thug. Cameron Brink really been getting out played by Kiki iriafen past couple months too. Same story this game," one fan wrote.
"Angel Reese does something she’s classless a thug, but Caitlin Clark was having a tantrum and Cameron Brink told a ref fuck you everybody quiet. Y’all hate Angel so bad and it shows with y’all nasty racist comments. But don’t have that same energy for CC or Cam Brink," one fan added.
"Cameron brink was classless until she won. Weird how that works," one fan added.
"I may dislike Iowa state but that Cameron Brink girl from Stanford is completely classless…" one fan added.
Brink and Stanford, meanwhile, will look to keep it rolling in the Sweet 16.
