With the offseason in full effect for college basketball, the top transfers in the country are searching around to find their best fit. One of the top targets in the NCAA transfer portal is officially off the market, as Jeantal Cylla has publicly announced his commitment to Arkansas.

After spending one season at UNC Wilmington, Cylla decided to once again enter the portal. He originally began his career with Florida Atlantic.

Last season, Cylla averaged 13.7 points and 4.6 rebounds per game for the Seahawks. Despite his best efforts on a nightly basis, UNC Wilmington had the worst record in its conference.

Considering that Cylla informed the school that he'll transfer on March, it didn't take very long for him to make a decision.

It's pretty evident that his visit with the Razorbacks this weekend went well. Cylla quickly gave his commitment to the program on Twitter, announcing that he'll transfer with an image of him wearing the team uniform.

Cylla will be immediately eligible for the Razorbacks next season. This will be head coach Eric Musselman's first year at Arkansas.

Musselman is coming off an outstanding tenure with Nevada. He took the Wolfpack to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances, and now he'll have to handle the competition in the SEC.

This season will be a learning process for Musselman, but receiving Cylla's commitment is a strong start.
