Update On Pittsburgh Graduate Transfer Cam Johnson

Here's the latest on the recruitment of Pittsburgh graduate transfer Cam Johnson.

Cam Johnson, a 6-foot-8 guard out of Pittsburgh, might be the most-coveted graduate transfer on the market right now.

He averaged 12 points a game and shot 40 percent from the 3-point line last season.

Adam Zagoria of ZagsBlog.com has the latest on his recruitment.

Johnson is visiting North Carolina today and remains interested in several other high-major programs.

Transferring Pittsburgh sophomore forward Cam Johnsonarrived at North Carolina on Monday night and is currently visiting campus, a source told ZAGSBLOG.Johnson, who averaged 11.9 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.3 assist last season at Pitt, is also considering Kentucky, Arizona, UCLA and Oregon, along with TCU and OSU, he recently told ZAGSBLOG.Pittsburgh is blocking his transfer to the reigning NCAA champs, meaning he would have to sit out the 2017-18 season despite being a grad transfer.

Johnson has two years of eligibility remaining and can play right away, unless he goes to an ACC school.
