The first round of the NCAA tournament is well underway. After the First Four games were played earlier this week, the Round of 64 tipped off on Thursday afternoon with a few huge match-ups.

Minnesota and Louisville got things started with the first upset of the tournament as the Gophers took down the Cardinals by a final score of 86-76. A few hours later, college basketball star and potential top-five pick in the NBA draft Ja Morant led Murray State over Marquette, 83-64.

Now, another upset is in the works. No. 10 Florida jumped out to and early lead over No. 7 Nevada and never looked back.

The Gators used a strong showing the boards to take a nine-point lead into the half.

Florida leads 37-28 after the first 20 minutes of play.

Gators guard Jalen Hudson leads all scorers with 13 points at the break.

Florida finished the first half on a 9-2 run to take the nine-point lead into the second half.

The Gators are looking to be the latest team to pull an upset on the first day of the tournament. Most of the favorites have come out victorious, but Florida is well-positioned to take down the Wolf Pack tonight.

Stay tuned for the second half.
