Video: Caitlin Clark Featured In New Commercial With NBA Stars

Caitlin Clark celebrates a 3-pointer.

DALLAS, TEXAS - MARCH 31: Caitlin Clark #22 of the Iowa Hawkeyes reacts after a three point basket during the fourth quarter against the South Carolina Gamecocks during the 2023 NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament Final Four semifinal game at American Airlines Center on March 31, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. Caitlin Clark joined State Farm last month as the first college athlete to sponsor the insurance company. She made her debut in a pair of commercials posted online Tuesday.

The Iowa guard appeared alongside a current and former NBA star in one spot. In the 30-second ad, Clark magically pops up in a parking lot when a frustrated couple says "Shoot" after seeing damage to their car.

"OK, I'll shoot, but I don't see any hoop," Clark said.

Jimmy Butler shows up when they say "shoot" again. They summon Jake from State Farm, who inadvertently beckons Reggie Miller by referring to another vehicle as an "old Pacer."

State Farm unveiled another spot with Clark alongside Big Ten reporter Jenny Taft. They appear in a coffee shop, fittingly called Big Ten Blend, when the barista says she needs a break.

Clark rose to mainstream notoriety when leading Iowa to the National Championship Game as the Player of the Year. She's started her senior season by setting Iowa's all-time scoring record and averaging 31.0 points through five games.

Along with joining Sabrina Ionescu as the only player to secure a triple-double in four separate seasons, Clark surpassed Kelsey Plum's milestone with her 39th 30-point game.

Given her Kansas City Chiefs fandom, one may have guessed Clark would make her State Farm debut alongside Patrick Mahomes. She instead went on the ManningCast during Monday night's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Fans are about to see Clark on TV more often beyond Iowa's basketball games.
