Why Draymond Green Cussed Out The Warriors' GM After Drafting Jordan Bell

Golden State's star wasn't happy about how he heard about the pick.

The Warriors made what a lot of analysts are calling one of the best picks of the 2017 NBA Draft on Thursday night.

Golden State bought back into the second round, paying Chicago $3.5 million for Oregon defensive star Jordan Bell.

Draymond Green was pretty upset after the pick was made, though.

Not because of the pick itself, however, but rather how he found out about it.

“Draymond texted me as I was driving home and he said, ‘What the’ and then expletive ‘is your problem?’ to me. So you can fill in the blank. Then he said, ‘I have to hear about this ‘expletive’ on the internet, you didn’t expletive ‘tell me about it!’ So I couldn’t text and drive so I called him and I said, ‘OK, all right, calm down',” Warriors' GM Bob Myers explained.

Myers got back to Green and gave him Bell's contact information. Green Facetimed the Warriors' new rookie shortly after that.
