Texas A&M vs. Arkansas – Game Time, TV Schedule, Line, Preview, Predictions

Arkansas has rebounded nicely since dropping its first contest of the season to Auburn, but the Razorbacks will be facing a huge test this Saturday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington. Texas A&M, which features arguably the most potent offense in the nation, will be looking to move to 5-0 on the season and 2-0 in the SEC. The 'Southwest Classic', as it is now known, should be a fantastic game.

The Aggies have averaged over 55 points per game this season, and turned in an incredible performance back in late August against SEC East foe South Carolina. The Razorbacks, after falling to the Tigers, have scored 174 points in their three games since. They'll look to control the clock and use their strong running game to keep A&M's offense, led by Kenny Hill, off the field.

Time: 3:30 PM EST

TV Channel: CBS

Location: AT&T Stadium (Arlington, TX)

Betting Line: Texas A&M -8.5 via 5Dimes

Prediction: Year one was a disaster for Bret Bielema in Arkansas. Year two, thus far, looks much, much better. The Razorbacks, led by Alex Collins, have one of the top running games in the country. Against Texas Tech, a respectable program, they put up 438 yards on the ground. Against Nicholls State, the Razorbacks went off for 495 yards. They're capable of controlling the clock by running the ball down your throat. Texas A&M is in for a dog fight.

The Aggies, though, also sport their own ridiculous offense. Sophomore Kenny Hill, who burst onto the scene with a huge performance against the Gamecocks, has thrown for over 1300 yards and posted 13 touchdowns and one interception. Texas A&M can seemingly score at will, which makes this an interesting contest. Will it be Arkansas' running game or A&M's aerial attack that does more damage?

We're going to take Texas A&M to win the game, but Arkansas to cover the 8.5 point spread. In the end, Hill will have just enough opportunities to make his mark.
