Video: 4-Star CB Marco Wilson Announces Commitment To Florida

Cornerback Quincy Wilson is a very productive player for the Florida Gators. In the last two seasons, he has played in every game for the Gators, making 11 starts. He will now be joined by his brother Marco Wilson at UF.

Four-star cornerback Marco Wilson announced his commitment on Monday evening, via Twitter.

Here is video of Wilson making his decision, via Twitter user Damianis Eusebio.

Quincy Wilson weighed in on his brother's decision earlier, saying that he supported his brother no matter what the choice was.

Clearly, he's pretty thrilled by this outcomes.

Wilson went into detail on his decision with SEC Country.

“I love Florida,” Wilson told SEC Country. “I have a really strong relationship with the coaches. They talk to me almost every day. I love that about them. I see what they’re doing over there.”

The Gators beat out fellow finalists Georgia, Miami, Ohio State, and USC for Wilson's services.

The Gators now have 13 class of 2017 commits, and ranks No. 27 in this recruiting cycle's team rankings. With his commitment, Wilson joins Elijah Blades as four-star cornerbacks joining Jim McElwain's program.

As you'd expect of a blue chip, SEC-bound defensive back, Wilson is an incredibly impressive athlete. He has a knack for making ridiculous trick catches, backflip catches, and in March, he showed off an incredibly impressive 55-inch box jump.
