After months of waiting for college football to return, the Nebraska Cornhuskers are finally back in action. They'll face the South Alabama Jaguars in Week 1.

There's a good amount of hype surrounding the Cornhuskers this season. Many experts believe Scott Frost will do wonders in his second year at the program, which is exactly what happened when he was the head coach at UCF.

Not only does Nebraska have a steady coaching staff, it has one of the most dynamic players in the country in dual-threat quarterback Adrian Martinez. He's an early candidate to win the Heisman Trophy.

Before Nebraska football kicks off its 2019 campaign, the team's official Twitter account released an epic hype video.

If fans weren't ready for the Cornhuskers to take the field, they will be now.

Here is the hype video that has Nebraska fans ready for Week 1:

Nebraska struggled last year and only managed to win four games. All signs point to the program taking a huge step forward in its rebuilding process.

Week 1 shouldn't be that tough of a matchup for Nebraska as it should handle South Alabama at home.

Kickoff is set for 12 p.m. ET from Memorial Stadium.

ESPN will broadcast the season opener for the Cornhuskers.
